All prescription frames come with a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. This includes welded points or hinges, but does not include normal wear and tear or abuse. Please mail the frame (if broken make sure to include all parts) to the address below. Include a check or money order for $20.00 and we will ship a new frame. Please enclose your lenses if you would like us to install them in the new frame.
A scratch warranty protection plan can be purchased for $20.00, at the time of ordering, which allows a one time/one year replacement of lenses. Please mail your frame with lenses to the address below and include a check or money order for an additional $20.00 S&H (or call the office with your credit card information) to the address below.
